    We are currently seeking a dedicated Finance Specialist to join our team.

    This position plays a vital role in processing finance documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with state and federal regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.


    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to join our dedicated team. The Finance Specialist will collaborate closely with the financial leadership team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and financial management.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports as requested by the financial leadership team.
    Analyze financial data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity management.
    Develop and implement internal controls to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

    Actively participate in the annual budget process by preparing budget documents, monitoring actual versus budget performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

    Track expenses against budgets and provide guidance on cost management strategies to optimize financial performance.
    Coordinate audits with external auditors as necessary and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
    Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting regulations to ensure adherence to the latest financial practices.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar position.

    Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    Proficiency in financial software and systems, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.

    Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
