We have an incredible opportunity for a Senior Statistical Programmer II to join the diverse and dynamic team within the Biotech, Government, and Public Health division at ICON.

Overview of the Role:
Aligned to project leadership and technical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a small to medium sized portfolio.
You will provide leadership to more than one Statistical Programming team, focusing on creating, validating, reviewing, and generating statistical programs for outputs like listings, tables, figures, and SDTM/ADaM domains.
Lead and execute programming deliverables on multiple projects in parallelEffectively manage competing priorities to ensure high-quality outcomes
Proactively plan and implement resource planning, task allocation, and workload tracking in accordance with agreed metrics and quality standards
Serve in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating an ability to anticipate client needs, implement innovative solutions, and develop client relationships through effective project management and communication
Apply technical expertise to develop broad-use technical solutions, contributing to the training of staff, and participating in the review and approval of programming procedures and techniques
Contribute to the development of junior Statistical Programmers
To be successful, you will need:
8+ years of experience successfully performing the role of Statistical Programmer, in the clinical research industry
Experience with leading multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with SDTM, ADAM, and TLF programming
Expert knowledge of SAS programming (certification is preferred)
Professional leadership and communication skills
Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to identify innovative solutions
Education:
Bachelor's degree required (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related scientific discipline)
