    Reporting to the Operations Excellence leader, the Power Platform Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a solution using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI for manufacturing visibility, dashboards and other business KPIs

    .

    You will work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver a high-quality application for our Operations Team.


    Essential Functions:
    Work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver a high-quality application for our Operations Team
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes and needs
    Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Excel Enable Macros, SKL and Power Automate
    Create responsive and user-friendly Power Apps applications complex logic integrations
    Build and automate business processes using Power Automate, leveraging connectors and/or custom workflows
    Design and implement dashboards and reports to visualize data and provide insights
    Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and data sources using connectors and APIs
    Develop RPAs for critical processes and time optimization.
    Work with QA teams to perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions and ensure quality and performance

    Physical Demands:
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a Laptop on Shop floor.

    Education & Experience:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Industrial Engineer
    DAX language experience (KEY)
    3-5 years experience developing in Power BI implementation and development
    2-3 years proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
    Experience with designing and implementing complex business processes using Power Automate for approvals
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

    Demonstrates analytical skills
    Power Platform, Apps, Power Automate and Power BI knowledge
    Great communication skills
    DAX experience and Knowledge
    Dashboard development experience

    Environment & Scheduling:
    Work is performed in an administrative office setting.
    Must be flexible and available to work additional hours when necessary.
