    System Analyst 2 for one of our Direct Clients based in Silicon Valley .

    Location:
    Richmond, VA
    Model: Hybrid (3 days a week)

    SKILLS: Prior PL/SQL Development experienceData retrieval using SQLTechnical writingStrong written communication skills, especially for technical audiencesStrong verbal communication skills, especially when addressing technical audiencesAbility to see the big picture and not get bogged down in the detailsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to follow technical guidance from VDOT staff reporting to and working withScripting/coding in a modern language such as Python (pandas, numpy) or R. Working with dataframes.
    Knowledge of relational database design.
    Data Engineering skills (cleaning, preparation, validation)Data analysis and visualizationExposure to or (some) knowledge of transportation data, skills, or/and concepts
