    MDW Associates is currently seeking a Senior Program Advisor to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research & Engineering in Arlington, Virginia. The advisor will provide senior-level program direction advice and support Task Order (TO) execution.

    The Senior Program Advisor will perform the following job functions:

    • Provide program management guidance and acquisition advice to OSD ManTech Government leadership team to enable long-term mission planning, improve budget programming, and enable efficient execution of all projects within the DMS&T and AMCAP programs to improve overall program performance.
    • Interpret and prepare policies and procedures for implementation.
    • Support ManTech and S&T Futures leadership in exercising their duties as the DoD representative to senior level committees and working groups including the Subcommittee on Advanced Manufacturing under the Office of Science & Technology Policy, NIST Manufacturing USA and Manufacturing Extension Partnership Program, and other advanced manufacturing activities across the Federal Government.
    • Advise the Director, ManTech on current and emerging policy, trends, risks and opportunities, and technologies related to advanced manufacturing.
    • Participate in the DMS&T and AMCAP program management reviews.
    • Recommend areas for collaboration between the OSD ManTech and other Federal Agencies.

    Required Experience:

    • Extensive experience guiding strategic management, possessing a deep understanding of DoD financial management and oversight.
    • Ability to analyze and track legislative processes, and experience working with senior government leaders at the Interagency, White House, and Department levels.
    • Understand perspectives of, and able to communicate with, senior government, industry, and academic individuals and able to mentor ManTech team members.

    Education Requirement/Required Years of Experience:

    • Master's Degree in a business or program management-related field from an accredited college or university and fifteen (15) years of relevant professional experience.

    Clearance Requirement(s):

    • Candidates for this position must have an Active US Secret Security Clearance
