Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Schedule Template Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for understanding patient demand and ensuring clinician schedule templates are in alignment with patient and operational needs.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain primary care schedule templates for various departments and teams within the organization
- Monitor and analyze scheduling data to identify trends, gaps and areas for improvement. Work with operations to develop and implement necessary changes
- Communicate schedule templates to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Troubleshoot any issues related to clinician scheduling in Epic
