    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel position specializing in high-risk pregnancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in large hospital settings and demonstrate strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.

    Responsibilities

    Perform thorough and accurate patient assessments across all age groups.

    Demonstrate competent clinical skills while delivering direct patient care.

    Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient care and education.

    Exhibit professionalism by adhering to policies and pursuing clinical growth.

    Ensure patient satisfaction by responding courteously to patients and families.

    Follow National Patient Safety Goals and maintain patient confidentiality.

    Demonstrate knowledge of surgical conditions, procedures, and patient education.

    Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.

    Support the completion of pre-admission testing and evaluate orders for appropriateness.

    Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

    Previous travel experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital settings.

    Current RN License.

    ACLS and BLS certifications are required.

    Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

    Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
