Part-time Maintenance Technician

Approximately 20 hours a week (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE)

Pay Range

$15 - $20 The pay will depend on various factors including relevant experience and skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform installations, inspections, repairs, maintenance.
General cleaning such as wiping down kitchen & bathroom surfaces, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilets.
Collecting trash and shred daily.
Maintaining kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Make general repairs such as replacing filters, painting/caulking, patching walls, replacing ceiling tiles, hanging shelves, facility lighting, landscaping, etc.
Coordinate the work of outside contractors to ensure scope of work is being performed.
Maintain appropriate inventory of material, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate, assign, and inspect work for completeness of contractors or other vendors making repairs.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED.
Vocational training in general maintenance and repair a plus.
Demonstrated ability in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities.
Ability to use hand tools and lawn equipment.
Computer literacy, ability to use email.
