    Job Description Qualifications:

    The Airplane Systems Integration Technical Integration Team within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) in Everett, WA, is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Mid-Level, Lead, or Senior Project Integration Engineers.

    As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on dynamic projects and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals.

    In this role, you will be responsible for integrating various systems across all our production and development airplanes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Your technical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and resolving any integration challenges that may arise.

    A Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level (Level 3), Lead (Level 4) and Expert (Level 5) Engineers.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Leads emerging issue resolution for cross-functional projects, applying a systems engineering approach to ensure quality and efficiency in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
    • Drives standardization and implementation of technical excellence initiatives (Process Assurance Reviews, Technical Design Reviews, etc.) across functional teams.
    • Integrates Airplane Systems cross-functional requirements and drives verification and validation.
    • Utilize systems thinking and architecture principles to integrate airplane systems' cross-functional requirements, drive verification and validation processes, and optimize the performance and efficiency of the overall system.
    • Lead Process Assurance Reviews for various Airplane Systems functions with applied working knowledge of ARP4754A to ensure that safety analysis conducted for complex and highly integrated systems comply with CFR/CS and
    • Lead and conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for emergent issues.
    • Engages in Development Assurance strategy for current and future airplanes using lessons learned from 777X and 737MAX, technical and process Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM), Design Practice development and implementation.
    • Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
    • Develops the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
    • Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify a lifecycle-balanced system of systems and system solutions.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science?
    • 3 years or more of experience developing, integrating, and managing projects utilizing standard project management tools.
    • 3 years or more of experience in creating and managing project schedules/plans.

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Typical Education & Experience:

    Mid-Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

    Lead: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

    Senior: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9, Master+12 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

    Summary pay range Mid-Level: $104,550 - $141,450

    Summary pay range Lead: $128,350 - $173,650

    Summary pay range Senior: $157,250 - $212,750
