Midtown is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with a technical background.

This position would be expected to display outstanding interpersonal skills as they will interact with clients to fully understand their challenges and implement solutions to drive resolution.

The scope of service for this position will primarily be limited to working from Midtown Technology Group's central office located in Indianapolis, however client onsite visits may be required.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of project planning and execution, ensuring the success of the project in terms of scoping, scheduling, implementation, follow-up, and documentation.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Coordinate with Dispatch department to assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

Coordinate with vendors and 3rd party entities to ensure successful integration into managed project workflow.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure documentation / knowledge articles are updated to reflect project changes.

Position may be required to commute to client facilities as needed.

Education and Experience:
Three or more years of project management experience

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact, communicate, and build relationships effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

Proven success working with all levels of management.

Prior experience with MSPs desired.

Prior experience ina technical positiondesired.
