- Dealership ambassador greets everyone walk in through the door.
- Cashier will be accepting payments for service worked performed.
- Answering and directs phone calls.
- Works with the service advisors.
- Schedule customer vehicle for service appointments
- Tracks Ups for the sales department.
- Except all forms of payments for the sales department and writing receipts.
- Enter customers to VinSolutions for sales.
- Communicate with advisor on any discrepancies in regard to payments.
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
- All other duties assigned by GM.
- No experience required, will train candidates.
- Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level.
- Employees must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and math skills.
- Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
- Microsoft office preferred.
- Professional Phone etiquette.
- Strong Customer service experience
- Cash handling, reconciliations and tracking.
- Automotive experience a plus but not required.
