Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various tasks associated with the analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of our organization's information technology applications and platforms. This role is based onsite at our office in Chesterfield, MO.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

You will collaborate with key stakeholders and Global Process Leads to understand business processes and document detailed functional business requirements.
You will translate functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for SAP configurations.
You will design and implement standard SAP S/4 HANA solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
You will work with technical teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration, and overall SAP S/4 implementation and support it end-to-end.
You will develop test cases and execute testing to ensure SAP solution meets business requirements.
You will assist in System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and validate implemented SAP functionalities.
You will identify and troubleshoot issues providing timely solutions and workarounds.
You will provide training and support to end-users on new SAP functionalities.
You will identify opportunities for ongoing improvement of SAP processes and stay updated on SAP product releases and best practices.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP Order to Cash.
A strong understanding of Sales Rebate, Debit/Credit Memo processing.
A strong understanding of Sales Inquiry and Quotation.
A strong understanding of processing customer returns.
A strong experience integrating SAP with Salesforce and eCommerce platforms.
Previous experience with SAP implementation highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
