- Attend tradeshows and other customer-facing events as appropriate.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- May be required to participate in safety training and/or certifications provided by the Company or customers.
- Valid driver's license, as employee may be required to travel as needed.
- Some sales experience preferred with an emphasis on customer relations, preferably in a specialized manufacturing setting.
- Two (2) plus years of experience in prospecting and selling capital equipment is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or a similar CRM) is a plus, as well as Microsoft office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Incumbent will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone, or handheld mobile device for extended periods of time, and office machinery as needed.
- Individual may be required to use basic hand and power tools.
- The employee must be able to spend long periods of time standing.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
- Individual will be required to lift, push, pull, and carry up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally, and/or up to twenty (20) pounds frequently, and/or up to ten (10) pounds constantly.

Workdays and Shifts:
Position works Monday – Friday, daylight hours, and additional time as needed to complete work. Your initial schedule will be on-site full time for training for the first however many days it takes. You will then have the potential to move to a hybrid schedule (you will have three (3) in-office days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), depending on tasks due.
As company needs evolve, MECCO reserves the right ask that you report to the office five (5) days a week at any point in your employment to ensure a strong company culture and meet client needs.
