    Job Description FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to join our team at Subaru of Mandan. As the Master Technician, you will be responsible for conducting advanced service on vehicles, diagnosing, and completing repairs on customer vehicles. The Master Technician will provide leadership and direction to other members of the service department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform advanced removal and replacement and diagnostic work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
    • Examine, diagnose and repair any vehicle malfunction
    • Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
    • Communication the service advisor if repairs are completed, cannot be completed or additional repairs are needed
    • Document work performed
    • Road-test vehicles when required or refer to the test technician.
    • Train members of the service department in various vehicle maintenance and repair responsibilities
    • Knowledge of parts, approved and established procedures, and quality control and inspection requirements

    Requirements:

    • Subaru Certified required
    • 5+ years as an Automotive Technician experience required
    • ASE Certifications required
    • Advanced automotive maintenance, diagnostic and removal/replacement skills
    • Valid Driver's Licenses and acceptable driving record
    • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
    • Authorization to work in the USA
