- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Close business deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and terms.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach and access new customer segments.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, market research findings, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (recruiting, marketing, account managers) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
- Experience selling education services or products (preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop marketing content for sales purposes.
- Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.
