Our client is a Renewable Energy EPC company that primarily works with utilty-scale solar projects across the country. They are seeking a Director of Operations to join their team.The Director of Operations will bring leadership, direction, and oversight to the engineering, planning, start-up, and construction phases of a self-performing construction project.
They will demonstrate competencies around safe working conditions, a quality project, developing leaders, construction methods, fundamental project management, planning, budgeting, contract negotiations, procurement, engineering, managing sub-contractors/suppliers and change management.
This individual must demonstrate the capability of building relationships and serving customers through excellent collaboration and communication.Description:

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent (equivalent is 8 years of construction experience) in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related field from an accredited university.12+ years of Construction experience and a proven construction background.8+ years of solar construction project experience required.
