    Bellaken Garden and Skilled Nursing Center is situated in a serene and secluded, three-acre creek-side location.

    Our location provides an ideal environment for patients seeking rehabilitation services, short-term respite care, as well as those requiring long-term nursing care.

    Our experienced staff is interested in helping our patients recover in a timely manner while helping them to maintain their independence.


    Occupational TherapyLicenses/Certifications:
    CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Occupational Therapist-California
