    We are on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Project Manager/Project Coordinator to spearhead project support and logistics for our groundbreaking Cloud Workforce Transformation project with our Client. This role is designed for a meticulous organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about keeping projects on the rails and running smoothly. Working alongside two experienced Project Managers from the Client, you will be the linchpin in our project's success, ensuring our team meets all timelines and supports the project needs meticulously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Coordination: Act as the central point of coordination, managing schedules, resources, and information to support the project's objectives.
    • Timeline Management: Implement and maintain timeline controls to ensure the project adheres to deadlines, including regular progress reports and adjustments as needed.
    • Support and Logistics: Provide comprehensive logistical support to the project team, facilitating meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
    • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing project plans, goals, and objectives in line with the strategic direction of the Cloud Workforce Transformation initiative.
    • Communication: Serve as a key communicator, maintaining clear lines of communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Proven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with significant expertise in managing large-scale, technology-focused projects, specifically those involving PC OS Cloud migrations.
    • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of cloud migration projects, with experience supporting the technologies outlined in the Cloud Workforce Transformation project.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and aligning diverse groups of stakeholders and team members.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving project progress.
    • Remote Collaboration: Proficiency in remote work tools and practices, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate teams in a fully remote environment.
