Join our team at Golden Corral! We are looking for enthusiastic and welcoming individuals to work as Servers in our franchise organization, Golden Barrel, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a Server, your main responsibility is to uphold our mission of 'Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable' by maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. Hospitality plays a key role in your duties, ensuring guest satisfaction and promoting return visits.

Hospitality:

Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service.
Creates a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
Anticipates guests' needs and strives to make their dining experience enjoyable.
Demonstrates enthusiasm and knowledge about our menu offerings and promotions.
Supports team effort by assisting other Servers to deliver exceptional guest service.

Operational Excellence:

Understands product specifications and ensures accuracy in serving guests.
Executes opening and closing procedures and side work duties efficiently.
Reports equipment or facility issues to the Manager promptly.
Familiar with proper table bussing procedures.
Adheres to safety protocols to protect themselves and others.

Cleanliness:

Follows duty roster to maintain cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
Adheres to local health department regulations.
