Small group practice in Myrtle Beach, SC seeking to add a patient-focused nephrologist to its team in 2024.

• Three-physician practice whose priority is providing quality patient care

• 100% Nephrology

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine/Nephrology

• Call coverage is 1:3

• NP assigned to each provider

• Three hospitals and six clinics (all but 1 clinic in the same county so not much driving)

• Base salary of $225K plus sign-on bonus & productivity bonus

• Partnership track after 3 years

• Medical Directorship revenue pooled by the practice

• Affiliated with medical school & residency program

• Health, dental and vision insurance for physician and FAMILY paid by practice

• Malpractice

• Cell phone

• 3 weeks paid vacation

• 401K with matching 4% after first year

• CME and stipend

This is a special practice with a strong focus on providing custom care to patients vs. treating a larger number of patients. Their physicians focus on communication and building trust with their patients and their families.
