    Responsibilities

    Overview:

    The HR Operations Analyst ensures on-time, accurate and compliant employee, HR, and Payroll related data and efficiently addresses requests from internal and external stakeholders using this data.

    This position is hybrid, based in our Exton, Pennsylvania facility, targeting 2-3 days a week on-site.

    Roles and Responsibilities


    • Assist Director and Manager in HR Operations with all processes of the department, including systems-support
    • Document HRM system setups and processes for knowledge and understanding by all HR Operations staff
    • Maintain employment records (statutory, employee personal and job history, performance, compensation, skills, retirement, and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.) and ensure data accuracy of all data in core HR System
    • Provide support services to HR teams including contract completion, new hire onboarding activities and off boarding procedures
    • Ensure records and processes comply with company and country legal regulations
    • Address payroll and employment-related issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)
    • Identifiy opportunities to drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
    • Work closely with benefits providers/vendors, Insurance companies, and TPA (Third party Administrator) for smooth settlement of insurance claims (term/medical)
    • Provide reporting required by external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions, etc.), Compensation & Rewards program administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)
    • Identify and manage HR vendors aligned to the applicable procurement policy requirements
    • Participate in internal/external HR and Payroll audits
    • Provide on-time inputs to the finance team and vendors for various payouts
    • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits, HRBPs, and Finance
    • Provide routine and ad hoc report requests (headcount/termination reports, new hire notifications, Service Awards, etc.) to other departments within the organization
    • Create and run reports to accurately provide requested data to the organization
    • Assist with Compliance Reporting (AAP, EEO-1, CA EEO-1, VETS-4212)
    • Maintain the HR forms library to ensure all information is updated
    • Conduct routine and ad hoc audits to ensure HRIS Data (People Hub, ADP, E-Time) is accurate
    • Manage the Time and Attendance Platform (e-Time) by troubleshooting issues escalated by managers/employees/HR Business Partners
    • Ensure that all department changes are captured and reflected in the Time and Attendance Platform as needed
    • Consistently review the e-time error report to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved timely
    • Support learning and development administration activities
    • Work on ad-hoc assignments as needed
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent demonstrable professional experience in HR
    • Proven experience in HR operations
    • Strong knowledge implementation of ADP system changes and updates
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Results-oriented with effective priority management
    • Good understanding of HR systems and processes
    • Proficient in English
