Essential Skills:
Must have 10+ yrs of experience in Business Analyst with Project Manager
Must have knowledge in Asset Management
Must have knowledge on Capital Market.
Must have experience in Equity and Fixed Income
Must have experience in Agile based projects
Experience in Project Planning, Estimation, Requirement Analysis
Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building
Should be able to manage multiple workstreams
Very efficient in Issue and Risk Management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent People Management Skills
Should be able to navigate and co-ordinate with multiple groups in our organization
Should be able to build partnership with Technology and Business partners and should be able to influence decision making
Good Agile Management Skills. Hands-on skills needed. Should be able to lead scrums and conduct agile ceremonies
Hands on in JIRA and Scrum Leading and should be able to execute Scrum Master responsibilities
Should be able to work closely with the business team in defining requirements/user stories
Experience in Financial Services Domain needed.
Release Management, Product Management Experience (nice to have)
