$80,000 $105,000 DOE
Bonus:
10% annual bonus potential

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Project Manager, you will foster relationships with both internal and external team members.
You will monitor the on-site construction activities for our rental housing communities which include workforce housing, market rate and build to rent projects.
You will be empowered to make important decisions for the successful completion of our developments you will also protect our interests.
You will report to the Director of Construction - Field Execution.Achieve a high level of execution on projects that meet time, budget, and quality standards for our brands
Prepare conceptual estimate(s), complete plan reviews, and complete the bidding process for assigned projects
Ensure plans meet prototype requirements and are cost-effective meeting our brand values
Provide overall support to the construction & development efforts, including travel to several project site locations, punching buildings, and collaboration with our Operation team
Work with a variety of internal and external sources and clients to ensure that projects are completed according to plans
Negotiate construction contracts & change orders with review by legal and your leader
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience required (or an additional 5 years of multifamily construction experience)
3+ years experience in Construction Project Management required; experience in Multifamily Construction
Knowledge of code requirements, municipal process, permit requirements including certificates of occupancy
Desire to mentor up and coming talent, share best practices and create relationships with teams
