Fast-paced digital marketing agency currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to add to our growing recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing recruitment support for all openings across our digital marketing services.Essential Job Functions:
Managing full-life cycle recruiting processes through job postings, screening candidates, and interviewing potential hires.
Processing candidates in applicant tracking system on a daily basisWorking directly with candidates, recruiting team, and hiring managersEnsuring smooth onboarding process by coordinating with account managers and benefits coordinatorMaintaining and updating recruiting materials and offer packetsCompile data and draft recruiting reports on a weekly basis
Requirements:
Prior experience in a fast-paced recruiting or HR environmentAbility to multi-task and handle multiple hiring priorities simultaneouslySuperior verbal and written communication skillsExperience with an applicant tracking system is a plusStrong computer skills using Microsoft Office and/or Google SuiteAssociate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred
