    Stepping Stones Therapy, Inc is looking for a fun and energetic Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR) to lead our team. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and specialized pediatric treatment options all under one roof. Recognizing that the needs of children often extend beyond a single skill, we embrace a holistic approach to your child's care. Our team of therapists designs personalized treatment plans that encompass various areas, including social, speech-language, physical, occupational, and educational therapy. At Stepping Stones Therapy, we assess and treat children of all ages. We strongly believe in the importance of involving families and caregivers in our programs to ensure the utmost success for each child. By engaging parents and caregivers, we aim to extend the effectiveness of our treatments beyond our facility and into the child's home and school environments..

    We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive care to our pediatric patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct care services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to effectively communicate with both parents and other healthcare professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
    • Assess and evaluate patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs.
    • Provide treatment to improve patient's ability to perform daily activities.
    • Educate patients and their families about the condition and how to manage it.
    • Develop a plan of care for each patient based on their individual needs.
    • Provide patient and family counseling.
    • Monitor progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as needed.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: From $80,000.00 per year
