    *Job Title: Phlebotomist I**Location: -
    • Portland OR
    *Duration: 3months contract (possible extension)
    *Shift- 1st shift – 8 am – 5pm
    *Pay negotiable

    *Duties/Responsibilities of the Job:


    • How many draws are required daily? Average about 25-30
    • What is the work environment? (Patient service center, doctor's office) PSC
    • If this is a patient service center, how big is the location? Large volume about patients
    • How long is the worker expected to stand? Most of the day
    • Are there any specialties? (Pediatric, geriatric) Would like the Phlebotomist to have experience in both as it is a nice to have
    • Will this person work with a team or alone? Team settings at he various locations.
    • How many weeks of training is required at the start of this role? 1 week computer, online training and blood draw observations
    Phlebotomy experience required. Potential for permanent position if there is open position.


    Required Medical Testing for Phlebotomists:
    \*Hep B \*TB \*MMR \*Tdap \*Varicella \*Color vision test Flu and covid are not required
    *Education/Certification: *High school diploma or GED required.
