    Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Executive Assistant/Scheduler to support the Project Accelerator Transition Innovation Office (PATIO) for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities
    ARPA-H requires an Action Officer for the Office of Legislative and Governmental Affairs, to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities within the ARPA-H organization

    Specific Duties Required:

    • Managing and updating calendars for PATIO leadership through Microsoft Outlook to help book meetings, reschedule, or cancel as needed
    Gather appropriate information for prioritizing and scheduling meetings
    Follow up with appropriate personnel as needed.


    • Serve as touch point with schedulers and external organizations to manage calendars and meetings.
    • Ensure, agendas, and background materials are prepared prior to meetings
    Ensure PATIO leadership has information and context on the meeting and attendees.


    • Schedule and coordinate recurring PATIO staff meetings.
    • Consolidate and organize administrative information for PATIO, such as onboarding materials, contact information, vacation schedules, etc

    Experience/Expertise Required:

    • 5+ years' experience as an administrative assistant for senior personnel.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
    • Prior experience as an administrator in government.
    • Experience in an ARPA organization.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to work in a high-paced environment.
    • Must be willing to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
