Brazer 1st shift - Delano, MN, United States - Award Staffing

Description

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM.

Preassemble parts before brazing.
# References prints and work instructions to determine the appropriate materials and resources to follow the proscribed process.
# Melts and applies solder along adjoining edges of work pieces to solder joints, using soldering irons or brazing torches.
# Examines brazed/welded sections for defects and performs necessary rework of bad joints, broken parts, or leaks.
# Cleans work piece and inspects, tests, and adjusts completed units to ensure that unit meets specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements using rulers, micrometers, calipers, etc.
# Demonstrate consistent commitment to quality and possess exceptional attention to detail.
# 1-2 welding/soldering experience in a manufacturing environment

Must be able to stand for entire shift.
