Who We Are
We are a leading speech therapy practice in Los Angeles, dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals in need of speech-language pathology services. Our practice partners with top home health agencies across Los Angeles, including the Westside Regional Center. We collaborate with top professionals in Los Angeles, including functional neurologists, ENTs, and pediatricians. We are currently seeking motivated and skilled speech pathologists to join our dynamic team. Competitive salary of $85,000-$115,000.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine clients' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and abilities.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' communication and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Document client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of California.
- Experience in Pediatrics and/or adult populations.
- Experience working in home health or community-based settings preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various client locations across Los Angeles.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
