- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to them.
- Proficiency in TIG welding techniques
- Familiarity with various metals and welding materials
- Ability to read and interpret show drawings and ensure dimensions are correct.
- Produce neat welds on cores without spillover.
- Produce small welds on frames with no excess weld to grind.
- Weld according to a jobs desired finish
- Check the accuracy of job specifications and squareness upon task completion.
- Manual dexterity to handle parts/items and TIG welding
- Physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged periods of standing and manual labor
- May have to carry heavy items (up to 20lbs)
- Near vision - the ability to see things at close range

Who You Are::The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting shop drawings, fabricating various metal components, and performing various TIG welding techniques. The Welder should possess strong attention to detail and ensure the accuracy and quality of welds.
