    So, what's the role all about?

    The position involves partnering with Channel leadership to identify and prioritize Channel Partner enablement needs such as Onboarding and Sales Development Tools. Collaborating with NICE CX Enablement, the role designs, delivers, and operationalizes sales-related enablement programs for various partner types. Program formats include eLearning, webinars, workshops, and product demos. Responsibilities also include organizing onboarding programs, providing reporting on enablement tasks, and supporting Channel Sales team enablement needs.

    How will you make an impact?

    • Partner with Channel leadership and Channel Sales Enablement to identify and prioritize Channel Partner focused enablement needs like Onboarding, Channel Processes, Channel Sales Development Tools, Assessment, and Continuing Enablement
    • Ensures an organized onboarding program is appropriately run and aligns with the respective Channel groups
    • Collaborate with the Enablement team to provide reporting and analytics related to designated enablement tasks to Sales Leadership.
    • Support software and program enablement needs related to the Channel Sales team
    Have you got what it takes?
    • 3+ years direct SaaS sales, customer success or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience Demonstrated success within rapidly emerging technology companies
    • Partner with VP of Sales Enablement, Channel Sales Enablement and VP/Directors of Channel and the channel team to impact Training, Sales Process and revenue generation
    • Assist in development of content focused on all training areas
    You will have an advantage if you also have:
    • Working experience in supporting Channel Partner Sales programs
    • Travel Requirement: Approximately 1-2 times per quarter.
