We are hiring a Maintenance Electrical Technician for a 2nd shift role in Hodgkins, IL

Details:

$30 - $32 per hour pay rate
Full Time
Direct Hire
Schedule: 2:30pm - 11pm M-F
Onsite in Hodgkins, IL

Only considering candidates with the following:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Electromechanical and Mechatronics experience required
5+ years of Machine and Maintenance experience
Manufacturing Background in Bakery or Food industry
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
Knowledge of Safety Standards and Procedures.
Commercial/Industrial Electrical Installation Experience.
Experience in Electrical, Machine Controls and Mechanical field on Automated Equipment.
Ability to Work Independently.
Highly Collaborative.
Able to read and Interpret Written Information.

Responsibilities:

Performing Electrical Risk Assessments.
Assessing Electrical Processes and Procedures
Installing and Maintaining Electrical Systems, Equipment and Devices.
Installing Electrical Conduits, Cables & Tubing
Repairing Wiring Systems.
Testing Equipment (Motors, Drives, VFD's) and Components (Sensors, Valves, Relays).
Problem Solving: Identifies and Resolves Problems in a Timely Manner; Gathers and Analyzes information Skillfully.
Reading and Analyzing Blueprints and Schematics.
Diagnosing Electrical System Malfunctions and Failures.
