- Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to ensure product conformity with established standards/requirements.
- Evaluate and mitigate quality risks throughout the production processes in the plant.
- Initiate stop/release of production due to quality issues.
- Identify and implement improvements related to quality assurance and quality control.
- Plan and execute activities to reduce the internal defect rate and cost of poor quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Direct work assignments for Quality Team
- Maintain the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
- Identify and implement improvements related to environmental sustainability.
- Plan and execute activities to increase the recycling rate and reduce energy consumption.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain the ISO 45001:L2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality and EHS activities, including reports, procedures, and records.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards related to health and safety, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Plan and execute activities to reduce recordable safety incidents and lost workday injuries.
- Provide guidance and EHS best practices, deliver training programs to employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Effectively communicate processes while working effectively cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work with quality based data collection and analysis.
- Flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events
- Exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment
