Support Engineer Level - Redmond, United States - Aditi Consulting
Description
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Studio Management, various Directors and Leads to understand and act upon the studio's IT related needs.
Perform PC Hardware procurement, setup, and recycling.
Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquires or complaints
Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio.
Handle user account management.
Work with the larger IT teams to engage on best practices and working through technical concerns.
Top three required technical skills:
3 years minimum IT Experience in procurement
strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps, strong scripting language experience like Python.
Three Skills that that are nice to have:
Previous MSFT experience nice to have not mandatory.
Experience in supporting multiple Oses is a bonus.
Gaming studio experience desired not required.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
