Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Lead Senior Manager, Analytics (Databricks) for a large food and beverage client.

As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that utilizes Databricks to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions.

In this role the lead will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable data solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

They will lead a team of data engineers, business analysts, testers and partner with scrum masters, data modelers and architects to deliver curated content using Databricks.

The person coming into this role should have strong experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes and implement best practices for data ingestion, transformation and curation.

This role will ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources.

This role will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members as well as manage project budgets, timelines and resources.

They will need to stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering, analytics, and Databricks technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Delivery Lead for Data Analytics Projects (databricks)
• 5+ years' experience managing a team of Data Engineers, BAs and Testers
• Strong technical background with Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model managing 3rd parties
• Experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing, and solutions deployment
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions
