Description

• Work in a GMP environment to perform, and/or support peptide purification processes through chromatography and lyophilization.
• Follow approved GMP manufacture directions such as Master Batch Records, Standard Operation Procedures, Preventive Maintenance Instructions and other procedures.
• Follow instruction or SOP, install, test, operate, and maintain production and facility equipment. Equipment includes analytical and prep HPLC systems, lyophilizers, product freezers, HVAC, water purification, and others used at the AmbioPharm North Augusta facility.
• Demonstrate accurate record keeping and documentation practices.
• Ensure all equipment and utilities are in safe and proper working conditions.
• Installing, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventative and reactive maintenance to mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, waste management and safety systems. Determine root causes of equipment failures and applying corrective measures to prevent further failures.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and correct equipment faults with direct or indirect supervision.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment
• Respond to equipment/facility alarms during non-business hours. Responsible for arriving on site within 60 minutes of receiving alarm notification.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and respond to equipment/facility alarms during nonbusiness hours. Your responsibilities may change from time to time based on the business demand and company's organizational needs.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum four years journeyman level or greater experience in industrial/pharmaceutical maintenance at or above Journeyman level expertise.
• Technical training or certificate in accredited technical school
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Must be able to read and understand schematics, blue prints, maps, equipment manuals and operating procedures.
• Technical skills at journeyman level or greater one or more than one of the following fields (Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, electrical systems 12V-600V, PLC controls, or HVAC/Refrigeration)
• EPA 608 Universal License or HVAC Certificate preferred
