Job summary
The Estimator is responsible for the overall pricing and bidding of projects within the Sealants & Restoration division.This person is responsible for project leads, budgeting, estimates in and outside of Wells and reports directly to the Sealants Director.
Responsibilities
- Read & interpret plans and specifications.
- Utilize tools for project leads such as builders' exchanges, construct connect, etc.
- Perform takeoffs for projects in sealants, waterproofing, restoration, and fire stopping.
