    Description
    Internal Medicine physician employment in Georgia : - Seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician

    • Outpatient responsibilities only
    • Fulltime permanent position
    • Monday " Friday
    • No nights, no weekends
    • Small patient panels for consistency and focus
    patients per day

    • Value based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
    • Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest

    Salary and Benefits

    • Abovemarket compensation
    • Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
    • Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)
    • Partnership track
    • 6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, andCME
    - $5000 Continuing Medical Education stipend

    • Tuition Reimbursement

    Ideal candidates will be:

    • Passionate about their work, eager to have fun with our team, motivated to be a part of a fastgrowing organization
    • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but certainly not required
    • Have an active, nonprobationary state medical license
    • The group offers our physicians advantages that simply can't be found in other practices Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
