SketchUp Architectural Modeler for Ongoing Work

Job description
We are an architecture and design studio looking for a reliable 3D SketchUp Modeler and Architectural Visualizer to join us for continuous collaboration.
SketchUp expertise is mandatory for this role.What you will do:
Create accurate and clean 3D architectural models in SketchUp based on CAD drawings, sketches, or references.
Deliver structured, organized SketchUp files with clean geometry.
Produce high-quality visualizations (photorealistic or semi-realistic depending on the project).
Work on a variety of architectural and interior design projects.
Communicate clearly and follow our professional design guidelines.
Additional opportunity:
If you already have high-quality SketchUp models available in your personal library, you may offer them to us for potential purchase — only if we evaluate them as suitable and meeting our standards.
Requirements:
Strong SketchUp skills (this is essential).
Experience in modeling houses, apartments, interiors, and exteriors.
Good understanding of materials, proportions, and architectural detail.
Ability to deliver revisions quickly.
Rendering skills (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar) are a strong advantage.

Budget note:
The initial project has a lower budget, but after we select and collaborate with 3–4 reliable freelancers, project payments will increase as we establish long-term cooperation.
First project:
A residential house:
floor plans + full SketchUp 3D model.
After that, we will continue with interior projects (2–3 apartments), followed by multiple ongoing designs.
