    Description
    An employer is seeking a Mobility Systems Engineer II for a direct hire opportunity in India.

    This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the mobile phone and infrastructure solutions to support the organization's user base.

    The Engineer will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of Mobility services.

    The candidate would be working mainly on IOS for incidents, requests and creation and updating of documents and SOPs. We are looking for someone familiar with Intune as an MDM with strong troubleshooting skills. They will manage the Mobility environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes


    Additional Functions:
    Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT teams
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    Skilled at mentoring junior team members to grow technical and process knowledge
    Manage AirWatch On-Prem Infrastructure, Cloud console and policies, service health alerts and device management
    VMware AirWatch SEG, MAG Administration
    Knowledge of iOS, Android Phones and Tablets
    PowerShell Scripting and Automation
    Understanding of Networking / Security and mobile application development
    InTune (O365) MDM Solution
    Security/Vulnerability Management and service upgrades for mobile operating systems

    Microsoft Endpoint Administrator MS-102
    Microsoft O365 Mobility and Security MS-101
    Microsoft Endpoint Administrator or equivalent experience
    Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent experience
    VMware AirWatch Associate Enterprise Mobility or equivalent experience
    3-5 years experience supporting and troubleshooting Mobile Device Management
    Experience with support of enterprise environments including iOS and Android
    Familiarity with Intune
