    Responsibilities:

    Proficiency in advanced electrical calculations to ensure design accuracy.

    Attend project kickoff meetings and contribute insights.

    Directly engage with customers to address technical concerns.

    May assist in project scheduling, budget management, and leading engineering teams.

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Frequent travel required; must possess a valid drivers license and full coverage automobile insurance.

    Adherence to ISO procedures and provision of feedback for process improvement.

    Assist in maintaining project documentation.

    Initiate milestone invoicing as necessary.

    Apply and comprehend industry standards.

    Develop robotic systems per project specifications.

    Conduct tests to validate project success.

    Facilitate design reviews for accuracy and functionality.

    Analyze test data to ensure design meets specifications.

    Provide technical support and leadership across various departments.

    Collaborate on technical proposals with Application Engineer and/or Marketing.

    Strong understanding of fuse & wire sizing, Allen Bradley PLC & HMI programming.

    Develop standard engineering solutions for applications.

    Responsible for overall engineering solutions and closed order analysis.

    Communicate project status with team members.

    Assist in preparing and presenting engineering change documentation.

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Science degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience.

    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Proficient in computer literacy.

    Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

    Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Analytical and decision-making skills for administrative and technical challenges.
