Job Summary
The Practice Support Specialist will do the following:- Recruiting Support: Works as a liaison between the Deaconess Ambulatory Leadership Team and the Deaconess Recruiting Department by: Assisting with travel between interviews Scheduling lunches Collecting information for J1 hires Other duties as assigned by ambulatory leadership
- Facilities Support: Works as a liaison between the Deaconess Ambulatory Leadership Team and the Deaconess Facilities team by: Assisting with the planning and coordination of new facility moves Works with the Practice Manager to complete new furniture/equipment requests for approval Other duties as assigned by ambulatory leadership
- New Provider Onboarding Support: Collaborates with the Deaconess Ambulatory Leadership Team, the Deaconess Recruiting Department and Practice Managers to coordinate and schedule new provider onboarding
