    Senior Consultant
    6+Month Contract
    Remote Position

    Client is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join the team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving talent acquisition strategies for senior-level positions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies for critical senior-level hiring needs.
    • Lead executive search activities, including direct sourcing of executives and recruitment execution.
    • Collaborate with Executive Recruiting Coordinators to ensure professional and efficient recruiting processes.
    • Partner with Talent Management on succession planning, pipeline development, and internal mobility initiatives.
    • Communicate outcomes-based performance metrics to recruiting and business leaders.
    • Stay abreast of market trends to optimize talent attraction efforts.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience with a focus on executive-level roles.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies.
    • Experience in retained executive search or corporate executive recruiting is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of the insurance sector is preferred.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
