- Main contact for insurance queries, coverage needs, and investor guidelines.
- Examine Investor insurance guidelines and loan documents to set baseline requirements.
- Conduct annual reviews of insurance certificates, policies, values statements, and invoices for Investor guideline compliance.
- Manage Insurance waivers/Exceptions with appropriate documentation for non-compliant insurance matters.
- Maintain insurance data in the Enterprise servicing system and SalesForce as needed.
- Generate and submit Lender reports as necessary.
- Collaborate with and aid the Servicing Insurance Front-End division as required.
- Execute general insurance duties like processing invoices and borrower reimbursements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration) or equivalent experience. Applicants from the class of 2024 with a GPA of 3.5 or higher will be considered.
- Prior experience in Banking, mortgage, risk analysis, and/or insurance (including internships) is a strong asset
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience required to qualify for the mid to high end of the salary range ($61,000-75,000)

Analyze insurance coverage for commercial loans following Investor guidelines. Assist borrowers in obtaining suitable coverage. Educate borrowers on coverage, exclusions, and risks. This position is located 100% in the office (Bloomington). The salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, plus a bonus.
