What You'll Do

The starting wage for this role is $21.26 per hour with $1.00 an hour lead pay. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.

In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).

1st Shift

6:00 am to 2:20 pm

Perform daily production tasks.

Retrieve material and supplies needed for the daily production schedule.

Operate necessary material handling equipment to service customer accounts.

Read service orders and accurately follow written instruction.

What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English
• Forklift experience
• Computer literate
• SAP preferred
• RF Scanner preferred · Desired experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. · Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols. · Strong attention to detail. · Physical stamina and ability to lift, stand. · Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as needed. · Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving production goals.
