- Interface with all project areas, including executives, functional business units, multiple vendors, and internal technology resources.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with subject matter experts and multiple strategic partners to coordinate the deployment of Cisco Meraki networking equipment, PCs, and print services.
- Effectively manage the overall deployment of new networking equipment, PCs and print management solution to 900 + shops in the US and Canada.
- Communicate effectively and interact with multiple organizations' technical, administrative, and skilled trade personnel.
- Provides Technical and analytical guidance to the project team, review vendor deliverables, and manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks while adhering to a quality standard.
- Experience overseeing, coordinating, and managing network refreshes or upgrades with Cisco Meraki.
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and PCs
- 3-5 years of experience in IT with Technical Coordinating roles.
- Solid analytical skills. - Must be able to think outside the box
- Must have strong leadership skills and flexibility when handling change.
- Technical certifications a plus: Cisco CCNP, CCNA Security, CCDE, CCIE.
- High school diploma/GED
- Bachelors degree preferred with IT-specific technical experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Expertise in coordination resources across multiple systems integrators

JOB OBJECTIVE
Our client is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator for a remote opportunity. The Technology Project Coordinator will report to the Program Manager and will work closely with various multi-disciplinary, multi-function groups of technologists and business professionals. The technology project Coordinator will provide technical and administrative support to maintain an efficient project structure and ensure maximum performance. The Technical Project Coordinator will coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information, monitor project phases and schedules, track progress, and communicate project milestones, tasks, and risks. This role requires strong organizational skills and communicating effectively across diverse individuals.
