Job summary
We are looking for energetic driven service-oriented individual to fill our Member Experience Advocate - Universal position at our Homewood Branch.In this role the Member Experience Advocate - Universal will serve as a full-service liaison between the members and the Credit Union.
The Member Experience Advocate – Universal will provide needs based solutions to members perform transactions open accounts resolve issues originate loans and manage the lobby.
In this role the Member Experience Advocate - Universal will be offering members a personal experience from the moment they enter the branch to the moment they leave,
Qualifications
- One to three years of retail banking experience.
