- Tenant Relations, Customer Service, and Requests
- Monthly tenant rent statements and aged receivable management
- Weekly accounts payable processing.
- Management of On-Site Staff
- Lease administration
- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- 2-3 years of assistant manager experience in apartment complexes.
- Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Adaptable with the ability to change priorities on short notice.
- Excellent time management skills.
