We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8 week contract positions in Havelock, NC. This LPN position is vital to providing high-quality patient care and support to a long-term health facility.

Contract Details:

· Length of Assignment: 8 weeks
· Hours per Week: 32 guarantee
· Shift: 3p-11p Evenings (every other weekend required)
· Rate: ($35-40 hr local) ($38-43/hr taxable rate w/no taxable stipends)(depending on experience/travel+100miles)
· Housing Stipend: Available for travel LPNs (100+ miles) (taxable)
· Travel Reimbursement: Available for travel LPNs

Responsibilities:

Assist in the assessment of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.

Provide basic nursing care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.

Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the supervising RN or physician.

Requirements:

· Current LPN License in NC
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Required
·BLS required
· Covid Vaccine and Booster Required
