CFO is wanted for startup insurance company in Hollywood, FL. Excellent Comp package plus bonus ($225k+ DOE). Relocation available.

The ideal candidate must have Property & Casualty experience. The CFO will lead growth plans in the areas of strategic development, finance, accounting, treasury, and experience with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Implement efficient pricing and cost controls to optimize return on assets

Provide financial analysis reports to senior management and Board of Directors

Serve as company's Ethics Officer and ensure reporting of compliance with Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, and similar

Manage flow of information to Board of Directors, Finance & Audit committees, & regulatory agencies and external auditors
